My vehicle a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy with 20k mileswas dropped off last Thursday morning. My vehicle had battery and other electrical issues which caused intermittent transmission issues. They told me it would take 3 days before a technician could look at my vehicle. I could not drive the vehicle, so I took it to the dealership. I was told there were no loaners available even though this is warranty work. I called today to get an update and was told the vehicle was just being pulled in. You would have thought they could have called me to give me an update, but that would be good customer service! No loaners and no phone call. I have no vehicle and until the tech does an analysis on my vehicle don’t know how long before I will get my car back. This is ridiculous and pathetic.
