If I could give 0 stars I would. I've never left a review like this before.
This was, without question, the worst automotive service experience I've had in 38 years.

I originally had exhaust work performed on my 2016 Range Rover at EXO Auto Works' Castle Rock location. The workmanship was poor, and the exhaust began failing almost immediately after I left. Less than 10 minutes into the drive home, I heard a clamp come loose and bounce down the highway, and the exhaust system began separating.

When I contacted the shop, I was assured they would make it right.

Then the Castle Rock location closed without notice.

Calls were not returned. Text messages went unanswered. I spent weeks trying to determine who was responsible for the work. I eventually had to contact the BBB, the Chamber of Commerce, and even research the LLC itself just to find someone who would speak with me.

After all that, I was directed to the Colorado Springs location. They apologized for the situation, acknowledged the problem, and told me they would take care of me. They had me drive roughly 55 miles each way, leave the vehicle for hours, and find somewhere else to wait because there was no customer waiting area.

After several hours, I picked up the vehicle and started driving home.

The repair failed again within minutes.

At that point, I completely lost confidence in the quality of the work being performed.

What was most frustrating was that after apologizing and offering to make things right, I was later told that the Colorado Springs location was not responsible because the original work had been done at the Castle Rock shop. This made little sense given that I had already confirmed both locations operated under the same LLC.

What was supposed to be a simple birthday gift to myself became an expensive headache. I have now had to work with my bank in an attempt to recover my money, and I am still left with an exhaust system that I do not consider reliable.

I had to take a full day off from work, drive 110 total miles in a vehicle that gets maybe 10MPG, spend $50 on ubers and have had to uber anywhere I go since this failure.

When I requested a refund for only the original job I paid for and not all the additional time and money I've wasted, they offered to "tow it back" to fix it. Why would I trust a random person to tow my vehicle 55 miles to a shop that has failed not once but now twice to perform a simple exhaust job?

The local Midas is managed by the owner and he told me, and I quote, "this is the worst exhaust work I've ever seen in my life, and is beyond our scope" telling me it needs a complete mid section back rebuild. Let that sink in.

To the "owner" of this location - Lol. What are you even doing? Expect a call from the BBB since your staff refused to let me speak with you and told me it's not your problem. It is very much your problem. I'm sure you can figure out who I am, so feel free to do the right thing and contact me. I know that both of the locations were registered under the same LLC, so you should really educate your staff on publicly available data.

Note - I had to purchase a dozen clamps and build a temporary support for this exhaust system so I can get it to another shop. More time and money wasted. My cabin stinks of exhaust fumes which is starting to be absorbed by the leather and fabrics. I love that.

TLDR: Shady shop, shady staff, overpriced, no accountability, deceitful and overall awful work. Learn from my mistake.
