My truck was taken in August of 2023 kept like 2 weeks for transmission, side mirror fault, some other electrical faults. Poor communication if I didn’t call this place they wouldn’t give me updates. My warranty paid these guys over $12,000 and I didn’t even get it back clean. Got my truck back and within a week same exact problems were happening. Took it back in as it was still under the 30day fixing warranty. They had my truck 3 more weeks and again I’d have to call them or I wouldn’t be updated. They kept giving me the run around of when it’ll be ready. They stated they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. So then they shouldn’t do hybrid vehicles if they don’t specialize in them. I received my truck back dirty and also with stuns in the material on the inside of the car (mechanic dirty hands stains). When the guy was told about it he said take it to get detailed and they’ll pay for it. The audacity so now after having my vehicle 3 weeks I have to also inconvenience myself take a day off to go detail the dirty car your shop gave me. I mean that’s just great. Shop got paid twice by warranty I’m sure on top of the 12,000 more money for the second time for terrible service. Guess what I’ve only had my truck 6 days and it’s looking like the problem is returning.
