Charles said there were unspecified things that did not work properly and he had to bring the vehicle back again. Then he had to wait to get his vehicle back. As a result of this visit, he will not recommend this business for service.

Kenneth said this was his first time dealing with this business and they did a pretty good job.
Scott stated he had a good service, without any problems. Everything was fine, and it ran smoothly. He sure would recommend the business for repair services.
Thomas said he took his vehicle in and he was told they were going to do some repairs on it which he chose not elaborate upon. After he picked it up he broke down on the highway. He had to wait for hours in the middle of the night to get it towed because he wasn't able to get a hold of the manager. The next day they said it needed a tune up and that would cost $500 so he paid them and said do the work right. He was told it would be a couple of hours so he waited and called back and it still wasn't done. The next day it was finally done. He left and broke down again on the highway. He had told them the vehicle started shaking and they told him it was fine. The problem turned out to be that the vacuum hose just needed to be connected and a clamp needed to be put on. He said he feels like they ripped him off. He will not come back and get any work done. He stated he feels like if they are going to rip off customers at least fix the vehicle. He has to go out of town but he's about to make a call to Triple A and complain.
Walter said the repairs were fine. Their approach to communication and signage could be a little better. There was a small placard in the ground, but overall the area was not marked. The area actually seemed a little scary. The tow driver brought him, and he stated he wondered what he was getting into. Everything turned out fine.
They are on the money when foxing the problem and getting your money. But let something go wrong with the work they have already completed and need to rectify-They will take there sweet time, ignore.your calls, n harbor your car for over two weeks
