"Quick, reasonably priced and honest"
I just took my car in to have the brakes replaced. I waited while it was taken care of quickly, a little over an hour. I was told I might need an additional part replaced, but they wouldn't know until everything was taken apart. I was given estimates for either situation. I did not need the additional part which they had had sent over just in case, but they could have easily told me I did if they had wanted. I trust them. Last time I was in for the catalytic converter, there was an issue with a rusted bolt(s) or something, so it took longer than they expected (I had dropped car off for the day). They close at 6pm, I believe, but they stayed late until some time past 7pm to get my car done, because they knew I had to have it for a trip I was taking the next day. I still paid the original estimate, not any extra with the problem. That's what I call good service!

"Honest Quality Work"
Once again great service. I had two problems. The first was fixed and at a reasonable price. The second was diagnosed as a non issue and nothing that would jeapordize safety. At my previous dealership the second issue would have came with a very pricey estimate. Well done and thanks for only fixing the things that are really broken and at very reasonable prices.

"Great service and communication!"
This was the 2nd time working with Fallon on my car. Both times they have been incredibly responsive, pleasant to work with, and quick with their repairs. They provided their recommendations but also work with me on other options to care for the car. I'll be back again.

"Rapid diagnosis - rapid repair"
It's not easy keeping an old 1996 Jaguar running, but Rob at Fallon motors is a Jaguar genius. When parts are no longer available from the factory, he locates and rejuvenates junk-yard parts to affect repair.
