Terrible.
I'd give this place no stars if I could. Had my car for a week and each day it was something new . replacing a opti spark (which I had already taken all the parts out prior to them getting the vehicle and still got charged 375 for labor while providing my own parts) each day I was told it was another thing. First bad opti, next fuel injector, next opti connector , then after all and a week of my car being there they said that the check engine was still on and had to look at it. Mind you, looking at it again added 250 more dollars JUST TO LOOK AND RUN DIAGNOSTICS. I was fine with it because I just wanted to get my car fixed but my friend called me saying "hey your car has been outside all day when I pass by from work.." They took my car out to put others ahead of me instead of fixing a car that's been there for a week.. They even gave me the car back with more issues than it had before. At first only display Code H36, when I got it back it displayed H13, H64, H36 and guess what, still had to pay them 800 bucks for literally doing nothing but screwing my car up even more. Place ripped me off bad seriously don't recommend AT ALL, STAY CLEAR!

They've had the car for 7 weeks!!
They had had my sister's car for 7 weeks. Each time she goes to pick it up they tell her that something else is wrong and that it will cost more money. They have doubled the original estimate and her car still isn't repaired.

Shannon said he was new in the area when he went to this business. He went to them because whenever his vehicle sat for 24 hours the battery drained. They told him he needed a new battery and alternator. They told him the cost after the repairs were completed. The battery was $144 which was fine with him, and the alternator was $290 plus tax. After he got his vehicle back a couple of mechanics told him the alternator cost $80, and it only takes 30 minutes to install it. His vehicle is at another auto business now with the same problem he brought it to this business for. He doesn't know what the problem is yet, but it's not the battery or alternator. He stated he feels ripped off by this business, and was vulnerable when he went to them because he needed his vehicle right away. He's a senior officer in the military, and when he returns to this area, he will tell all of his young soldiers not to go to this business because they ripped him off and he doesn't want them to get ripped off. They got one over on him. He will not recommend this business for service because of the issues he had with them.
