Told to leave the car, then no service.
On 10/11/2023 I called STH and asked if I could make an appointment for the yearly Safety Inspection. I was told that appointments were not made for that purpose, I was just to leave the car and it would be taken care of sometime during the day. Same afternoon, I drove the Sonata and left it there, my wife drove me back home.

Next day, 10/12/2023, at 17:30, my wife drove me back to STH. Ready or not, we absolutely needed the car on the 13th for babysitting purposes. I was told: "they couldn't get to it, but we could give you a carwash." Sorry, but I don't leave a car all day for a car wash.

We've been Hyundai owners [4 cars: 1 Sonata, 3 Elantras] since 2006, all 4 cars purchased at this garage, the last Elantra in 2018. All cars always serviced there, always. Frankly, as an old customer I expected better than this unreliability.

If I'd been told, "we are very sorry but presently we can't do inspections", I would have understood and taken the car elsewhere, by now it'd be done.
