We have always gone to Foreign Auto Rebuild on Eastlake. Tried Fix for first time b/c of a hit and run on our new CRV. (Grrrr.) Everyone was *so nice* and *so helpful* when I wandered in. Tom -- the processor, the nice administrative assistant woman behind the desk; the staff who politely told me how/where to park in your tight Capitol Hill neighborhood. The car was done far earlier than predicted, at the estimated cost, was spotless (much cleaner than when I dropped it off) and is running great. Happy holidays to the staff there.
