My car was scheduled for an engine service, transmission fluid change and to be hooked up for a diagnostic at 2:30pm. I left my car with them, carpooled to work and expected my man to pick my car up when it was finished. I got home around 9pm and no car. Called at 8am when they opened and they "still had a few things to do." Called back at 10am and STILL "another half hour of work or so."
Why did I have an appointment set at all when it has now been 20hours without my vehicle and my already part-time work schedule is being cut into by this shop having the absolute worst punctuality possible.
I DO NOT recommend this shop if you have any sort of schedule you need to keep to.
