Joan said that the place was there when she needed help right away. She was towed there when her usual spot was too busy. Ray suggested the place and the front office person was a very nice young lady. They secured her a rental and when the vehicle was ready, they hadn't had to do what they expected and saved her $300 on her bill. She stated she will be coming back for all her needs now that she's found them.

Patricia said the service was good, and there was courtesy and respect. She said one thing she is not happy with is the windshield wipers. They aren't what she thought they would be. They don't go all the way across her windshield. Even though the windshield wipers weren't what she wanted, the service was still great. She said she was just surprised, not unhappy. Bad experience will not go to this shop
I brought a Toyota dealership estimate for replacement of actuator and arm assemblies for my Toyota Highlander to ask for a repair estimate from Fortes. After 2 days of follow up with the service advisor, I was told that I have to bring in my car in order for them to provide an estimate. This is a totally unsatisfying experience from a 4-5 star rated AAA approved auto repair facility! The dealership estimate provided all the part numbers requiring replacement and all they have to do is to provide their cost estimate based on this information. If their estimate is acceptable, I would have brought in my car for repair, and if they diagnose something different, that would have been a separate matter. Instead I have to have my car towed to them for an estimate? Why would I do that if their estimate is more than the Toyota dealer's? I did speak to a senior manager who affirmed the same thing - that they do not provide estimates based on even a reputable dealer's assessment of what needs to be done!

David said the tow driver did not even try to make his vehicle run. He didn't put any effort into it. An employee should go above and beyond if they're providing customer service. However, Justin made up for that. He followed up, and explained things. David said he was very happy with the service and his vehicle is working great. They have earned his loyalty.
