James said he did not like the customer service. He said the guy at the desk refused to give him detailed information regarding what was done to his vehicle. He said they gave a quote the first day and the next said a price that was way more than expected. He also stated that the parts he was promised were cheap parts on his German vehicle which he did not like.

The work I had done was good and the people were nice,but the estimates for other work I wanted to have done on my care were high and unreasonable. I will go elsewhere in the future.
