Check Brake light
I brought my car in because the check brake light came on. Percy was awesome. So was the manager. They went out of their way to take care of me. I needed to leave the car because of a recall. They got me a rental and they thought the part would be in on Wednesday. I got a call that they got the part on Tuesday and the car was ready to be picked up Wednesday. Percy and his manager went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it.

The scheduled service process is seamless. Just a quick call and the appointment is made. The staff is pleasant, the waiting area is clean and comfortable and your kept informed as to the progress on your vehicles service. They get you in and back out on the road quickly and your vehicle is delivered back "Clean". Great job.

Disappointed
I was surprised that I was charged for the part. The car is less than one year old and a piece of the cargo screen equipment snapped off. I was charged for the part. I didn't make a fuss because it was cheap but suppose it was more money. I am concerned now about what other parts may not be under warranty.
