Damaged my car on lift/totaled it & refused to fix
Damaged my car on lift/totaled it & refused to fix..only alternative was to sent on title..and make me buy another. NOT AN ALTERNATIVE..INSURANCE SAID NO ALTERNATIVE..UNFAIR..NO ONE CARED..LAW IS LAW..THEY VALUED MY 2008 VAN AND THEY DECIDED IT WASNT EORTH IT TO FIX..JUST TOTAL IT AND ME FIND ANOTHER FOR $6K.. NOT AN OPTION.THIS IS OUR LAST CAR.. NOT IN BUDGET EVER FOR ANOTHER CAR.
