Let's face it, that's the essence of what you're looking for in an auto service center. I have been with this outfit for 14 years now, and they are consistently wonderful. They explain things clearly and have never pulled that song and dance act where they say a bunch of mystifying nonsense rather than actually explaining. Granted, I may not understand everything that they tell me, but I always appreciate their taking the time and making the effort. Cindy and her dad Fred run the joint, and although they're really busy every time that I go in, they always manage to make me feel like I'm their favorite customer. It certainly doesn't hurt that they're usually finished ahead of when they estimated the job would be completed. Overall, just great!
