Always take longer than they say
I waited for 4 hrs once for routine service. I gave them another shot as the next nearest dealer is rather far away. This time I got a 7:15AM appointment. The 2 hr mark passed half an hour ago & I am still waiting. I don’t think I am going to go through this again
