Fast forward 3-4 months from when I got my car back. The weather started to warm up and then I noticed that carpet was wet and I brought it back to them to fix since they did repair to my heater core and AC and it was done under warranty by them. I even thought this should be simple enough because most likely it would be the drain tube is clogged or came lose. Well, they had my car for a month and when I finally got a hold of someone, they told me it was not the drain tube (LIE), and it would be another month before they can look into it in more detail. That was the last straw, and I took the car back from them. I went to the Genesis of Noblesville service department. They got my car in the next week. When they called me, they told me that the drain tube was not connected and they fixed it for free since I had the issue with the other location. Now that is what customer service should look like.
If you need to service your vehicle, I recommend the Genesis of Noblesville location. They are so professional in all aspects of servicing your vehicle. I have had several services there and they are great!!!
