So, we drove to and picked up the GV70 on Saturday 12/11 at Genesis of Denville and everything was trouble free. If you call there, ask for Nicole Andes and Sonny Bulak. I have probably bought at least 15 new vehicles during my lifetime and this purchase was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had due to working with this dealership and especially Nicole and Sonny as most of the transaction was over the internet and phone due to me living in another state. Sonny gave me a thorough review of the car's features and set up all the safety features of the vehicle (blind spot assist, safe exit assist, smart cruise control, parking collision avoidance-rear, etc.) before we were to leave. After the sale was done, Nicole even asked that we call her when we arrived home so that she knew that we got home safely as it was raining pretty hard when we left the dealership. Who does that in this day and age?
This was the first time I ever bought a vehicle from another state or even thought about it. This dealership and the people working there made it an easy and smooth transaction. Whoever runs this place is doing a great job. Love my GV70!
