Excellent experience with Genesis of Denville
I was initially contacted by Nicole after I conducted an online vehicle search. I gave her my requested vehicle specifications. She acknowledged that they had several vehicles that fit my criteria, but the cars already had holds on them via deposits. A few days later Nicole called and indicated one of the vehicles became available. Subsequently, I spoke to Jay. We reviewed the details and vehicle specifications to ensure the vehicle had all the features I wanted. Jay was extremely accommodating and transparent about price negotiations and the sales process. My wife and I visited the dealership to review the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described and we settled on the price. There were no extras or hidden fees in the purchase order and the process was very transparent. We completed the sales process with Jose. It ran very smoothly and Jose answered any questions I brought up. Lastly, Max completed the vehicle delivery with a thorough explanation of the features and functions of the vehicle.Max was very patient and indulgent as I had many questions about the features he demonstrated. I had an exceptional buying experience. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the dealership. Nicole, Jay, Jose and Max, thank you for your efforts to make this a pleasant and stress-free transaction. Vehicle was a GV70, purchased on 01/15/22.
