Poor Customer Service
Service took way too long and overall time was close to 4 hours for routine service. No updates without me tracking down staff to get updates. No explanation or documentation of service completed!

When you are ready, please call me and I will schedule an appointment for valet service and a loaner so we can go back over the transmission. I also have mailed out your copy from your recent visit.
