STAY AWAY!!!
If you are a Genesis owner I would do your best to stay away from this place. They will try to not honor your warranty. PLEASE GO TO Genesis of Northwest San Antonio instead as they are an actual Genesis dealership and save yourself the headache.
I went to get my horn replaced for the SECOND time this year already on a BRAND NEW 2023 GV80 with extended factory warranty. After a diagnostics they determined it was “water damage” They took a picture of some water spots on a horn and said this was the cause as if I am supposed to avoid driving in the rain and going through car washes at all cost. I had them take both horns off the upper and the lower which btw took 10 minutes they did it in front of me as I watched (crazy how fast things can get done when you are standing next to them) and they wanted to tell me it was going to be 2 hour labor estimated at 1k total, both horns look the same inside. What is even more pathetic is your service manager was pointing at the WORKING horn and telling me that’s why its not working you can see the water corrosion. The service manager was pointing underneath my car at water spots. I could not fathom how he was trying to seem surprised and show me water spots UNDERNEATH a car as if that is unusual.

Hyundai Elantra has a service home
I will be honest I took my car here about 4 months ago for my last oil change and it was rough. I got a reminder that it was due again and I am about to go on a trip and I wasn't going to come in. I saw on some of the reviews that they have a new service manager and things were turning around. I didn't have a problem with getting though on the phone and there was a 2 day delay but would rather have that than wait for 5 hours. I was in and out in about 1 hr and 40 mins, they check recalls and gave me a shuttle ride to the Target so I could kill time. You won me back!
This truly is a great dealership. I came in from another Audi dealership was so tired of the hassle with the salesman trying to sell the a user S5 for $87k. That I went with my gut and left was driving down I 35 and saw a new 2022 G70 that caught my eye as I passed by. I turned into the dealership I looked inside the car and was sold! Beautiful black with red interior. Black out wheels top of the line for the model. 3.3 Turbo v6 that is fun to drive. Instantly traded my MB CLS63 AMG for it!!!
Sales agent didn’t had proper knowledge about vehicle features. They forcefully make you to buy paint package, without that package they’re not selling car. Paint package is not applicable if you’re buying at other Genesis dealer services.
Genesis is building some very good premium vehicles but is let down by a very average buying experience. Dealership practices "high pressure" sales approach so be aware......
