Ladies, please be very careful before buying a car from this dealership.
I went into the dealership on a Friday and purchased a BMW from George Cruz. Before I completed the purchase, I was promised—and it was even included in the agreement—that the dealership would repair my brakes, gear shift, and seatbelt.
I have returned to the dealership three different times, and each time I was given excuse after excuse instead of having the promised repairs completed.
Once they received their funding, they ghosted me and stopped responding. I have already made my first car payment, and they still have not fixed any of the issues they promised to repair.
I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated, especially after everything was put in writing. I expected the dealership to honor the agreement and stand behind the vehicle they sold me.
Please read your paperwork carefully, get everything in writing, and make sure the dealership follows through on its promises before purchasing a vehicle.
