I had several warranty issues with my fairly new GV70, and despite following up repeatedly—and even escalating to the managers (Ron & Steve) a couple of times—it took almost a full year before they finally took the car in for repairs. Even then, they returned it with only part of the work completed.
The customer service has been consistently terrible. I lost all trust in them and ultimately decided to sell the car and buy from another brand.
A piece of advice: If you use their valet service, take before-and-after photos of the loaner vehicle. They filed a claim with my insurance for damage I did not cause.
I’m sharing this experience to help others who might be researching this dealership. I knew Genesis was a newer brand and expected some recalls or warranty issues, and I was okay with that. What I wasn’t prepared for was the extremely poor after-sales service. From the service advisor to the service manager, I never felt that they cared about their customers.
