If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid West Chester Hyundai/Genesis—especially their service department.

I purchased a new 2022 Genesis G70 and have had nothing but issues with the service department ever since. The staff has turned over three times, and communication is nearly impossible. They don’t answer their phones, and you have to call the sales department just to hope someone in service picks up—which they usually don’t. Even Genesis corporate couldn’t get through to them.
I recently had an oil change and tire rotation done. The car was at the dealership for a week for a basic service. Labor charges jumped from $25.50 to $42.83—blamed on "tariffs" with zero transparency. I was also charged for windshield washer fluid I had filled myself days prior and was told, “That’s just how it rings up.”
The billing practices are shady at best, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I will not be servicing my vehicle here again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
