Joey was our sales representative and he did an awesome job! I have been a loyal Toyota girl, but since we were looking for an electric car, we saw the Genesis was top rated for such a purchase. Genesis had exactly the vehicle I needed and Joey met us as a walk-in.
I believe Jodi is the manager of the sales department. I believe all sales deals need to go through her. When we made an offer for the car (a couple days after test driving it), and the response from Jodi was to end the deal and told us we needed to part ways. I found this to be insulting and unprofessional. It is her JOB to make sales. I get if the price offer cannot work for her, but to dismiss a customer not only would be rude to clients, ready to pay for a new car in full, but I also found it disrespectful to our sales rep Joey! He worked hard to help us and did a great job and she was about to terminate a buyer!
Luckily, Joey is THAT good and helped. I wanted to walk away, but my husband worked with Joey to make a sale. I'm not sure what Joey communicated to Jodi, but lucky for us and him that he worked it out so he could make the purchase.
Joey would be 5 stars, but I had to give 3 due to Jodi.
After purchase, Joey got us the mats (that were missing from the (new) car) and followed up multiple times to see how I was enjoying our purchase. Since we were new to the electronic car world, he also assisted us in our purchase of the at-home level 2 charger. He was really great to work with - kind, funny, professional and caring! He is what all sales people should be!
