I took my 2024 Genesis GV80 here to service my AC that was no longer working and a front speaker that was blown two weeks ago. To date, they still have not installed a new speaker nor found the AC leak. Meanwhile they didn’t have any loaner cars, so I rented one from Enterprise for 9 days and still no progress on my car in repair.
I called and left a message last night with Fred (Service Advisor) to inform him that I am coming today to pick up my car and take it to a stand alone Genesis dealership for service since West Chester Hyundai/Genesis clearly cannot repair my vehicle and just won’t say it. It’s been a nightmare. I will never take my car to them ever again. I plan on picking it up today and hopefully they don’t mess anything up!
