Let us down
Bought a gv70 from Eric drove 4 hours on a Saturday to pick it up and the car hadn't started the cleanining process for us to take it home. Waited for 2 hours to get this done. Looking back we should have not gave them the perfect ratings on the Genesis survey like they begged us to. Eric let us down.
