At 30K miles, the engine on my 2017 Mercedes E300 failed. My last 3 on time services were done at German Auto Service. Mercedes refused to help us as the car wasn't serviced properly. We are out over $17K. Ian the service manager was great, but management/owner refused to return my call, so they won't stand behind their work. You are taking a huge risk having your luxury vehicle serviced here.
