Honest/Efficient/Above and Beyond
This location Goodyear interstate auto is my go to with staff that shoots straight and delivers big on their promises. I never have to hesitate if I am being treated fairly and honestly at this location. With my lack of additional time to wait, these guys work efficiently and with my schedule to ensure I am taken care of. Never hesitate bringing my car to this location.

Edward said he went to the facility to get an oil change and have his brakes pads replaced. He had to wait 2 extra hours and noticed his vehicle was sitting in the lot not being serviced. The work took a long time for them to do what he wanted. However, the staff was nice.

Ramiro said he had a very bad experience with the business. He brought his vehicle in on a Friday for a diagnosis and they didn't diagnose it until Monday. The price of the service in total would have been $2,000 but he only had half of the money. He told them to put the vehicle back together and he would tow it home, planning to return when he had the rest of the money. When he received his vehicle back, he noticed pieces of plastic and bolts on the passenger's seat. Upon closer inspection, he noticed the container that holds the fuel lines together on the top of his hood. When he opened the hood, the battery was half put in place, the part they diagnosed as needing repairs was loose and not bolted back together, and many other bolts were completely missing. The staff didn't show any care for him and his vehicle, and they were overall really unprofessional. When he confronted the manager, he was apologetic but it didn't seem sincere, all of the managers seemed really dishonest. They did not handle the situation the way they should have. He takes pride in taking care of his vehicle, but he felt like they took advantage of his vulnerable situation. He is scared that they took apart other things on the vehicle that he isn't aware of and didn't put them together either. He had hoped he was taking his vehicle somewhere he could trust, but they did damage not only to their business but to the trust of their customers. The only positive of the business was that it was clean. He will never let his friends or family go to the business and he will go out of his way to make sure other people don't use it either. He will never return.

Rear shocks installed
Before I came here, I had struts and schools out on my truck 2 yrs ago. They shop that put them on did a half as job. So I decided to come to interstate to get a quote on my strut. They told me what the problem was and installed the correct strut and I haven't had any issues. So I came back to have them install back shocks and they have done a great job. No issues. I recommend this shop, they are professional and friendly. My truck rides great.

Excellent service in a pinch
Had to go in without an appointment after falling victim to a rather nasty Chicago pothole. They got me in without an appointment as I rolled in on a bad spare tire. Took care of the tire, a bent rim, all for a reasonable price. They even took a picture of the damage for me so I can get the city to reimburse me. Very appreciated!
