Back in October of 2020, while staying in Houston, my Jeep would not start. AAA came out and said that most likely I needed a new alternator. I picked Goofy's Garage from reviews I had read, and was towed there. I told them I thought I needed a new alternator as I was told my battery seemed to be capable of holding a charge but was not charging.
The guys at Goofy's took a look and said that all I needed was a new battery. And they were right. They could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me something that I didn't need, but they were honest. The new battery was reasonably priced and I was on my way in no time.
Even better - two years later I had issues with the battery and had lost my receipt. I called Goofy's Garage and in a few minutes they emailed me a copy of my receipt so I could get the warranty replacement (by then I was back in my home state). I was so pleased. I figured that, after two years and me being a one-time customer, that receipt would be long gone. I am very impressed.
