Quick and responsive!
My first time leasing a car. The process was fast and I did most of the work over the phone and email. The service department is great with scheduling a first time visit just so I can experience their service. I can't wait!

They are fast with the process. I just felt cheated on the lease. Maybe that's just normal for leases.

Very sorry for the confusion. The payment we quoted throughout the whole process was the same payment that the customer signed for at the time of purchase. Nothing changed. Would be happy to have a conversation with the customer to clear up anything.
