The vehicle was brought in on 08/14/2018. You requested a tune-up at a reasonable price. We quoted you non-OEM Spark Plugs and EGR. 2 month later you returned with the check engine light on and we offered to replace your sparks plugs and give you credit for the non-OEM spark plugs, but you declined. We also recommended replacing the coil pack on the cylinder showing a misfire, but again you declined the parts and repairs. We also did not charge you anything for the 2nd visit and diagnosis. Harrell's can not be held responsible for declining parts and other parts failing.

Chikalard said his key came apart for the remote and he told them that when he brought it in. The mechanic charged him $110 to tell him he needed to have to the key put back on the remote. He stated he is living check to check, and he doesn't feel that was right. The facility was nice and clean. Everyone was nice and friendly.

Good morning Mr. Chikalard, upon review of your Repair Order, the vehicle came in and it was requested: "CUSTOMER STATES THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START CHECK AND ADV". When a vehicle will not start, out technicians must perform several routine diagnostics checks to see exactly what the problem is. Our standard fee for diagnosing these type of repairs, is the amount you paid. I am very sorry you feel like the amount you paid is too much for diagnosing your vehicle, but this is a standard fee at shops in the area.
