"They look intil they find the problem then fix it, no giver uppers."
Well known great of guys working there been going there for years when needing a fix. In my opinion you can’t ask for the honest working guys around. They value there work and customers and great listeners. They don’t do but only want needs done , if they run into something that they see that may need work not now but down the road they talk to you about it. They always look after you and let you know if it’s a safety issue there great thank you so much for everything you all do

"Alternator replacement"
I commute between Lawrence and Johnson county. I have to have a reliable vehicle so I care about maintenance. Coming home at dusk my alternator quit and I had to leave the van at the roadside. Next morning I called Harris and they had a tow out there pronto! The work was finished that day and I was back in the drivers seat.

"excellent auto repair shop. Friendly service and the mechanics follow up if there are any issues after they service your vehicle. "
I had a good experience with this auto shop. They did a great job working on my older 1978 car, and they will not leave you feeling ripped off as they go above and beyond to get your vehicle running the way you want it. FYI I'm a minority and they treated me so well. Thank you for that.

"Friendly, helpful, and reasonable"
I really appreciate being able to get an appointment for an oil change so easily (Saturday hours are very helpful), and they even let me bring my car in early! They caught a couple of lights that had burned out an a dirty air filter as well. While I'm usually suspicious when car repair folks find multiple things wrong with my car when I only want an oil change, I trusted Harris' advice because the man working took the time to explain everything to me. He also didn't sound like he was just trying to sell me more services. I hope I can come back for my next car maintenance need.
