Spoke with Monica. She said they worked really hard to get the vehicle done as soon as possible. They were very prompt with providing updates. Also, they informed them of what was going on with the insurance. The communication was good but could have been a little smoother. She had to reach out.

Benito said they did the work well and they completed it in a timely fashion. He was without his vehicle for 3 days but they managed to get the work done within the same week. He had a horrible experience with the facility he bought the vehicle from and will never deal with them again, so he decided to take his vehicle to this business.

Jack said Vern was fantastic, on the spot professional, on top of it and if he didn't know the answer he went and found it, like a bird dog. He did not get his vehicle repaired because the cost to repair it and the cost he would have gotten if he sold it were almost the same, so it made more economic sense not to fix it.

Lara said this business lacked in communication. They were over on their price estimate and the time frame. She was not satisfied with their quality of work because when she opened the door a part was broken and she had to point it out to them. Her vehicle was delayed 8 days but she is unsure if it was because of a back ordered part or if it was the paint. She was told something different depending on who she talked to. She had to contact them about everything. The estimate was not correct and they did three different estimates. They were given two checks from her insurance and they she had to pay out of pocket for the third estimate on top of her $500 deductible. They told her they would order the part that was broken and call her with the next step. It has been a month and she has been calling them every week with no update. She would not recommend them based on her experience.

Spoke with Mayra. She said she found some issues but because she picked up her vehicle already, and the fact that her work hours don't go with the business, she cant get her concerns fixed. She has to do them on her own, because they are not open weekends. Her vehicle never had a promise date.
