Tracy said she had an average experience with the business. The repairs took 1 month but they kept her informed and she had a rental vehicle. It took 1 week for the insurance company to approve the repairs and 1 week for the paint. She would have liked it if they had fixed the area around the windows because it looks old. The staff was excellent and they helped with the rental.

Spoke with Rayna. She said after picking her vehicle up from this facility, she noticed the alignment was off. She stated it was damage from her accident that had not been checked by them. She took it back, and Ira told her he was going to submit the damage to the insurance company. She is very disappointed this facility did not check the alignment before it was returned to her.

Shayla said everything was great, as far as the communication. The personnel were also great. Ira was very helpful and walked her through everything when she picked up her vehicle. The tires were fine when she dropped her vehicle off. At pick up they were all low, and one was completely flat. The tire sensor was also on. Roadside assistance had to come change one of the tires. Chuck told her to bring the vehicle back and he would put air in tires. Ira also helped when she went back.

Amanda said she believes the reason for the delay of her vehicle was due to miscommunication. In the beginning they didn't really keep her updated but toward the end, they did. They did a good job and she would recommend them to others.

Jeremy said towards the end, Alex, an employee at this business, became hard to get a hold of and did not communicate very well. He was told his vehicle would be ready in 20 days and they took 28 more days to finish his vehicle. His vehicle was there for about a month and a half. He was told there was a vehicle in front of his and it would take five extra days. Also, additional damage was found. They had his vehicle for a total of 48 days. In the beginning he was adequately updated but not towards the end.

George said his vehicle was kept an extra 3 weeks due to a last minute accident. The business broke the brake line and they had to repair it and touch up the paint. He did not have any direct communication with them but Chuck did an excellent job. His only concern is his steering wheel is not centered correctly. He took his vehicle back to have it adjusted but it is still not right and he will need to take it back when he has a chance.
