Francisco said when he brought his vehicle to the business he only had damages to the passenger side of the vehicle, but when he picked up his vehicle the inner panel of the driver side door was loose and it was not like that before he dropped the vehicle off. When his wife pointed it out to the business, they told her that they did not touch the driver door. He said he feels they did not respect his vehicle and even though he has on older vehicle he takes care of it. He knows the door was not like that before this visit. He would like for them to make the door right and fix their mistake. He has contacted the business and they told him to bring the vehicle back to them and they will look at it. This business could serve him better by being more careful with his vehicle next time and being honest with him if they make a mistake.
