Joleen said she did not rate her overall experience with this business higher, because of the following. She brought her vehicle to this business on a Saturday, and was told she would get it back the following Wednesday. They had her vehicle for 2 weeks, because it was difficult finding parts for her vehicle. Joleen stated she doesn't know why it would take so long to get the parts because her vehicle was manufactured in 2000. She added, she had to pay $20 each day her vehicle was at this business for insurance on the rental vehicle. Joleen commented she was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because she initiated all of the calls regarding the status of her vehicle. Because of the above, she was not satisfied with this business's communication.
