Jonna said she felt there was a lack of communication from the business. She got a phone call the day she dropped her vehicle off and then didn't get another one until her vehicle was ready. She wasn't sure if being kept informed was necessary but there was a situation where she was told something might need to be fixed then it ended up that it did need to be fixed. She did not specify what may have needed to be fixed. She would've liked some communication in that regard.
