Brad said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair, however he has to take his vehicle back to the business because there was some additional damage that was missed. The panel on the bottom of the driver seat is cracked. He doesn't know if it is damaged more than that, but he is planning on contacting the business as soon as possible regarding this issue.
