I asked, "Can you work on a 2001 Audi TT?". The manager said "Yes.". Told them that I have no heat. They said that they could fix it. Gave me a $800 diagnosis fix. Told them to go ahead. They said the thermostat wasn't working. They said the replacement should fix it. They did the work and then told me, "You might need a $1500 replacement of the heating core.". They said drive it and see if you get heat. For $800, I'm getting lukewarm heat. They misdiagnosed the problem and I've paid $800 for lukewarm heat. They took no responsibility for this set of events. If they had told me," It's going to cost $800 but you may not have a fix" before I approved the service, I would have never authorized the service. I'll just deal with Audi Creve Coeur. At least they take responsibility for their actions.
