Stephen said he brought his vehicle to this business because his serpentine belt came off. He put the belt back on and everything ran perfectly until he got it back to his property. The whole time it ran the battery light was on, because the alternator had gone out. The staff checked to make sure, and said yes, the alternator was the problem. He stated the price they charged him for the alternator was off the scale. He said he would change it out himself. When he got the vehicle back again, it was running kind of rough. The staff called him and told him the computer was out. Stephen told them he would go get a used computer to put back in. Then, he received a call back from the staff, saying the original computer was fine. Nothing was wrong with it. He added the place has lost his confidence, although the staff was very, very nice. the staff is nice and polite. He also said this business has lost his confidence.
