Took longer than promised
Quality of the work appears to be good but took more than a day to complete even with an appointment about a week in advance. Wish someone would have called and let me know. Great service otherwise even got a ride home both ways.

Spoke with Gary. He said he's having issues with the front wheel alignment pulling to the right but he has already spoken to the staff and is taking the vehicle back on Tuesday for them to check this out. Also, there was some gravel and dust on the floor boards and they should have cleaned this up but overall they always do good and are prompt with the service and usually correct with the diagnosis.

Kathy said the staff member that fixed her vehicle didn't follow up with her and the service wasn't complete, so she had to return to the business to have them fix it again. She has always trusted the staff and she will continue to be a customer in the future.

Clutch and Rear Main engine oil seal replaced
It took an awful long time to replace parts because parts warehouse sent the wrong clutch or so i was told. Also I discovered a few days later that another shop's manager about 1/8 mile away gave me an estimate to do the same identical service and his price was between $400.00 to $450.00 less than what you all charged me. That will be a qualifying factor the next time I need car service ! Charles king

Jerry said the bushiness did what they were supposed to do, however they need to double check their work. They had sent the vehicle to another business to get the transmission worked on, and the transmission was leaking. It was overfilled.
