Recently saw an excellent deal for a used Toyota on HoB website; Kaitlyn and Nick provided photos and info beyond ad. Drove up from Columbus, Nick had car ready for inspection and test drive; went out of his way to provide everything we needed to know to make a good decision; very courteous and helpful. Thank you!

Hyundai is AMAZING !!
I have dealt with different dealerships but Hyundai makes me feel at home. They explain everything to you. They makes sure they read over everything with you. And they have best customer service ever. I am so happy to be apart of the Hyundai family. I have a sonata and it’s the best running car I ever had !!

Annette and the rest of the staff did a great job once again during my service visit. Always friendly, always explains what I need done, and never a long wait. The new waiting area is very spacious and comfortable also.

Service Declined
The service hasn't improved. It seems like there are less techs and not enough loaner cars if they need to keep the car. I am not pleased. The new building is nice but I prefer not to spend all day waiting in said building.

Time crunch
On time for 1pm appt to cover 3 recalls, replace drive shaft piece under warranty and inspect for damage to under carriage from running up over a curb. Was told this would be a 3 hour appt. Was closer to 4.5 hours. Probably not uncommon for this amount of work; I just was not prepared for additional time.
