"This dealership's service quality has been a little compromised lately due to insufficient amount of employees. "
My very last service was done smoothly and within a reasonable amount of time. I was offered two days of rental which was an entry level but decent car. The service adviser, Henry, knows his stuff and is totally on top of his job which is the main factor keeps me going back to this dealership. I believe if this dealership wants to improve its service quality, it should add a few employees to its service department.

I have had my Santa Fe serviced at this dealer for more than a year and have been pleased with the service. Only once have they dropped the ball, and that was for failing to call me when a recall part came in. They assured me on three occasions that they would call, and I had to ask about it on my last service visit.

"fast, timely service"
This was a warranty issue with the trunk lock. Had to return because they did not have the part in stock. My 2015 Genesis has had 3 part failures in 2 years- shock absorber, door lock actuator and trunk lock actuator. I only want to take my cars in for regular servicing , not for part failures. such as these.
