Maintenence for 2018 Sonata
Only one issue - after waiting for the suggested time, I asked the rep how much longer and it appeared the car was ready but the paperwork was just lying on a desk. How much earlier is anyone"s guess. Not a big deal.

the importance os GREAT customer service
do to my complicated schedule, I had to take my Tucson 2018 to oil change and check out on a Sunday. Staff was VERY attentive to my needs and the service was completed in less than 2 hours! Hyundai of Wesley Chapel is a clear example of excellence in customer service! thank you!!

Friendly and efficient staff
I had a 9:30 am appointment for just a general service (oil change, tire rotation etc.) When I arrived I got checked in and learned that their computer systems were down and had to conduct everything on paper the old fashioned way until everything got back up and running. Even with that hurdle the whole appointment went smoothly and I was out within an hour and a half. I can only imagine how much more quickly it would’ve went with everything running smoothly. Highly recommend
