Ron said this is his second time going to this business for the same problem. He went to this business for the stable track and the traction indicator. They told him he should replace the tires. After spending about $900, he noticed the lights are still appearing on the dashboard. The problem hasn't been resolved. He plans to speak with Steve, the owner, for a resolution. Until then, he isn't content with the service at this business.

Ron said he feels the problem is not completely fixed and there's still a banging noise. He brought the vehicle back in and they said they would fix it. He stated when they took the vehicle apart, he felt they should of asked if he wanted more parts replaced so he wouldn't have to return again. The staff members have great personalities.

Ron- Thank you, we are glad you enjoy our great personalities. We did call to ask as well as inform that you would need motor mounts replaced as this was the true problem. At the time you had declined. We then did what you had asked of us. We did not mean to cause you any inconvenience, as well as any miscommunication. We at I-29 are happy you have brought back your other vehicles since this experience and cannot wait to see you in the future!

Excellent
Most compassionate and friendly service in the towing business. A bad experience on the road is easier to handle when the professionals you deal with have it all together. Our accident occurred on rural/agricultural hwy outside of Moorhead so locating us took more time than we would have liked (sitting by the side of the road is such fun). In all fairness we weren’t able to provide more than approx miles no. of Glyndon, MN. Special kudos to Brandon.

It is nice to go to a business for service and ALWAYS get excellent service and receive it in a timely and friendly manner. That is what happens every time I take my vehicle to I-29 Tire and Service Center.

Always a five star review
We have been taking our vehicles to I 29 for several years for routine maintenance and repair and one of our vehicles is about to hit 300000 miles! Great service always and always friendly staff!

My car is 15 years old and in excellent running order. I attribute that to having all service done at I29 Service Center. I have it serviced regularly, have no problems getting prompt appointments and staff has been good at diagnosing the few mechanical problems I have had.
