things were great for not being there when ya got the truck and was delivered right where I wanted it

Vera said they gave her a quote, but when she picked it up, the bill was more. She thinks they should have called and let her know it would be more and they way overcharged her. She took it back and they told her everything was ok, , but about a week later she started having trouble with her transmission. She doesn't know if it was their fault, but they had to take the radiator out to fix it and she thinks they may have damaged something else. She will not go back.
