Very poor customer service
I was having an issue with my vehicle throwing a code making my car run less than ideal, so upon doing research online looking for mechanic shops with good reviews and good customer experiences I came across integrity auto repair. I figured why not take it the professionals who should be able to fix my little car, but unfortunately my experience was not the 5 star experience that everyone was having. When I initially dropped off my vehicle for diagnostics I was very clear when I let them know not to lower the driver side window cause it has a tendency to not wanna come back up, they assured me they would make note and not to worry. Fast forward to the next day they called me to let me know the trouble codes and came to the conclusion that my solenoids (wastegate, bov) were bad. I quickly ordered the parts they eventually came in then i dropped off the solenoids to have them replaced at the shop. Two days later they called me letting me know my car was ready but when I arrived to pick it up the mechanic told me that "when the guys were working on your vehicle the driver window fell". He then told me that they tied up something in the window to keep it up meaning my window is now stuck In a fixed position unable to move up or down now. That's not how I dropped off my vehicle, -_- Couldn't even own up to the fact that they forgot and rolled it down like I specifically told them not to, so much for having INTEGRITY. To top it off he didn't even say sorry or offer a solution for their mistake. It gets even better, on the way home after my car was supposedly fixed the check engine light came on again for the same code/issue. I brought it back like they advised but they didn't tell me they were going to charge 100$ for bringing it back again for the same issue since clearly they didn't do it right the first time. A week goes by then Ruben finally calls me but with bitter news, saying that they hit a brick wall with my car and that he's checked forums online but to no avail. Just a bunch of we can try this we can try that but no definite resolution. After he told me that, I went to pick up my vehicle since apparently the "professionals" don't even know. Also asking for a quote for parts and labor is too hard as well; I asked for quote for motor mounts never got it, quote for my window they messed up never got it, quote for a throttle body coolant bypass never got it, quote for the pcm they wanted to change never got it. What I did get was a bunch of yeah sure we can get you a quote but then blueball me and never get me one-_-
This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, the communication and customer service could definitely use some work. I found myself having to call on updates on my car because they rarely call.
