Mario said the service at this business took longer than it should have because they had difficulty troubleshooting it. Overall, it was a fair job but it took longer and it was more expensive than he had been expecting.

Stevie said they did a great job on the alignment and they knew what they were doing. However, they didn't know that she has been raised by mechanics all her life and is very aware of what's under the hood. She stated they poured clean transmission fluid on parts of her transmission to make her believe she had a leak or a missing plug. They recommended another facility so she could get transmission work performed and she called them out. They apologized and she was very upset. She stated she believes in integrity.

Ken said he got a front end alignment done at this business. When he got his vehicle back it was still not aligned. He took it back to the business and they told him his frame might be bent. He took his vehicle to another business to get it checked out and they told him that his frame was not bent. He is not sure he will go back to this business for service again. He would not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

Friendly and courteous
I wasnot happy that they did not check the tire pressures as requested. I notified them the front driver's side tire was low and it was not addressed.
