We want to first apologize for any inconveniences or problems that this issue caused you.

After reading your response and performing research on our end, we found your daughters vehicle was towed in after hours during the weekend. Our service department is open M-F 7:30 am til 6 pm. When we arrived back to work Monday morning, we found her vehicle and promptly performed diagnostics. We found the vehicle in need of a battery and replaced it as soon as we gained your approval and returned the vehicle back to her that same day. 

I want to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to better our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.

Should you need help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me directly, as I will be very happy to assist you personally with anything you need.
