Barbara's green car

We are very pleased with the Santa Fe. We took a trip that was 3000 miles. The features of this car are awesome. the only problem has been the digital dash. for some reason it is not responding correctly. The dealer have a resolve for the problem.

I really like my Santa Fe XRT

Great vehicle and does what they advertise but I will admit I like my wife's Palisade Caligraphy better. But it cost a whole lot more.

Poor paint coverage

The paint on the rear hatch and frame just seems to be primer. Not the same finish as the exterior. Definitely caught my eye the first time I washed it and the micro fibre towel left lint. Very poor in quality and finish as far as that area of the car.

Love the interior

The inside of the car is stunning. The display in front and the white leather. It’s beautiful. I don’t love that when I hit a bump it doesn’t feel like the best shocks. It’s also making a ticking noise with less than 10,000 miles on it. I’m sure it’s not major and will be covered under warranty but just stinks that something is not quite right already.

I purchased the vehicle new and have generally been pleased with its comfort, design, technology, and overall driving experience. The Santa Fe provides a smooth ride and has many premium features that make it enjoyable to own. My main frustration was with the dealership purchasing process rather than the vehicle itself. Overall, the vehicle has met my expectations and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-equipped SUV.

Great car - lacks some comfort

Love everything about my Santa Fe. The dashboard is space age looking. Easy to reach controls. The gearshift is fun. Safety features for lane change and cruise are excellent. Love the backup camera because it stays on after you put the car in drive until you have reached about 7 mph. The only ding I give the Santa Fe is the lack of comfort in the seats. I had to immediately add a cushion to sit on.
